Appointment Booking:
All online appointment requests will be acknowledged via email.
A valid credit card (Visa or MasterCard) is required at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment. You will not be charged until your session is completed.
At time of service, payment may be made by credit card or cash.

Cancellation Policy:
For appointment cancellations, we require a 24 hour notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a 50% charge of the service price.
For no-shows (missed appointments without notice), the full amount of the service will be charged.
